This whole situation sucks. For an unbelieving world, this fuels their hatred toward the church. You just need to look at the comments left on all the news sights and you get to feel how pathetic “christians” look in their eyes.

The enemy of our souls is hard at work - especially attacking the “high profile” leaders. We as the Body need to pray for our leaders WHILE at the same time not elevating them up to the superstar status some apparently aspire to.

Imagine being at Planetshakers on Sunday….

This has come at as a shock to all of us. As part of a church’s creative ministry team in Adelaide, the song ‘Healer’ always touched us as we presented it to the congregation, who received the song for what it was- awesome! We were all inspired by Mike’s ‘fight’.

Your article is a well balanced view for all coming to terms with the truth that has been revealed, and your article is a very appropriate response to what we as a church and God’s family need to focus on as we pray and support all of those affected including the Edge Church, Planetshakers and the Gugglielmucci family.

Your comments are great.
Though i now struggle with our leaders who are supposed to have discernment, and those who have prophesied over this fraudster.
How much more of it is fake? Certainly much more that what has been revealed already.
For certain, I wont be tithing to planetshakers again, but rather a christian charity; and I wont buy any more of their albums.
Many leaders need to be accountable for their own fraud in ‘Holy Spirit giftings’, that have been exposed through this event.

heh, bring back the organic house church!
